2. Financial questions

The price that the customer leaves as a prepayment is 20% of the cost of living in apartments booked for the specified period. These funds are transferred to the account of the website Doba.ua.

The remaining amount of the rent the customer have to pay to the owner of an apartment on the fact of arrival / settlement.
For booking an apartment for the period of the championship Euro-2012 (01.06.12-01.07.12), the customer pays the remaining amount of rent to the owner of the apartment not later than 45 days prior to arrival.

If  the client don’t arrive and do not report about this for 48 hours before the agreed date of arrival, except the period of the championship Euro-2012 (01.06.12-01.07.12), the administration of the website Doba.ua, agrees to pay to the owner of apartment, an amount equal to the cost of the first booked night, according to the rate specified for this booking. If the client reported about no race more than 48 hours before the agreed date of arrival, the fee for the first night stay is not refundable.

In the event of cancellation less than 2 days before date of arrival (12 o'clock), we reserve the right to withdraw from the customer's card penalty amount equal to the cost of the first night, according to the rate specified for booking.

3. Technical questions

Each apartment’s owner may individually determine the minimum period for on-line booking. Minimum Booking - is the minimum period for which can be booked apartment. For example, if the owner has set this value for 3 days, the client will not be able to book apartments of this owner for a period less than 3 days.

The site administrator sets the minimum period prior to booking. This limitation applies to all offerings in the catalog on-line reservation and is now equal for 2 days. So, customer may book a particular apartment for a period not less than 2 days. For example, if a customer makes a booking on the first of the month, he has the opportunity to book apartments not earlier than on the 3 day on this month.

If apartment is booked successfully, the system automatically marks the relevant period as a "busy" in the calendar for this apartment.

If apartment is booked successfully owner/client get an e-mail message with a detailed description of all terms and contact details of the client/owner.

4. Responsibility of the parties

Responsibility for all information about individual objects on the site, including photos, description, location and price, has the owner/agency of the object that provided the information. Site Administration makes every effort to verify all information on apartments and houses that are placed, but we can not guarantee 100% accuracy of the information.

Owners/agents of apartments are responsible for the advance payment and payment for accommodation, which they get from the guests.
Guest responsibility to provide truthful information about yourself, the dates of residence, the rental property (if the owner need it) and is responsible for complying with the rules of reservation and accommodation, of the owner for exposed object.
